Domestic Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

FixZit.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
